A raised platform area with two convertible chaise-like sofas, leather lounge chairs and a wood-burning fireplace.

A formal, street-side area that functions perfectly for group seating for six to eight people comfortably with a maximum occupancy of twelve—an ideal setup for intimate meetings, workshops or presentations.

Breakout
Two informal, court-side areas that feature expandable tables for six to eight people each. The large glass doors can be slid open to expand the indoor-outdoor experience.

COURTYARD
The raised outdoor courtyard, affectionately dubbed the “Agri-Plaza”, features galvanized stock tanks refurbished as raised garden beds. Tucked into our side yard, lies a zen-like water-garden, complete with koi fish and a wall fountain. Our exterior amenities exude flexible utility and artistic delight.
